Living room has two couches, 31" TV with DVD, stereo and CD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances. A separate pantry area contains your small appliances, such as toaster, blender, microwave and coffee maker. A side door in the kitchen leads to the backyard for easy BBQ fun!
A dining area with seating for six is adjacent to the living room. A spacious laundry area is located inside the home for your convenience. The bathroom has large sink and shower/tub combination.
The master bedroom in the back of the cottage has a queen size bed. The room has cable television, a desk with wireless internet, and and access to the beautifully landscaped backyard. The second bedroom, with two twin beds, is also located toward the back of the home and overlooks the private backyard.
Patio furniture and BBQ grill for your outdoor entertainment. This lovely backyard is accessible through a side yard and through kitchen.
Sea Otter Cottage is located only 1.5 blocks from the 13th Avenue beach, a public but secluded beach!
Other amenities: washer and dryer, digital safe and parking for two cars (additional street parking available). Storage shed provided for bikes and surfboards.
