Discounts are not combined. We will give highest discount applicable.
● Return Guests: Welcome back and save 10% for stays of one week or more.
● Extended stay: Stay two weeks, get 5% off.
● Extended stay: Stay three weeks, get 10% off.

Holidays
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years priced at peak season rates. One week minimum required.

Tax
Rates do not include 10% tax for Capitola properties and 9.5% tax for Santa Cruz properties.

Services
If guests stay longer than one week, cleaning service is available at an additional charge.

Security Deposit
We charge a $500 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of termination of occupancy provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the rental agreement are met. Guests are liable for all replacements and repairs needed to attain the same condition as when occupancy commenced other than normal cleaning and laundry of linens. Security deposit is due within seven days of making your reservations, or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Personal check, Traveler's Check and Money Orders. In addition to the $500 Security Deposit, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the house. Full payment including tax is required 90 days prior to your date of occupancy.

Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less a $250 cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period. If the property is rented we will only charge the $250 cancellation fee.
