Holidays:
- Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years priced at Peak Season Rates.
Taxes:
- Rates do not include 10% tax for properties in Santa Cruz and Capitola.
- No tax on stays longer than 30 days.
Corporate Travel:
- Monthly rates available. Please call to inquire.
- Additional services available.
Services:
- If guests stay longer than one week, cleaning services will be available at an additional charge.
Security Deposit:
- We charge a $500 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of termination of occupancy provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the rental agreement are met. Guests are liable for all replacements and repairs needed to attain the same condition as when occupancy commenced other than normal cleaning and laundry of linens. Security deposit is due within seven days of making your reservations, or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Payment Terms:
- In addition to the $500 Security Deposit, a 50% deposit is required within seven days of making your reservation to reserve the house. Full payment including tax is required 90 days prior to your date of occupancy.

Cancellation Policy:
- Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less a $250 cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period. If the property is rented we will only charge the $250 cancellation fee.
