The Pleasure Point Retreat is an oceanfront wonder -- a prime location overlooking the Monterey Bay with an amazing rooftop deck to watch the sunrise (this part of the bay faces east!) and surf. Pleasure Point Retreat is fully furnished, with linens, towels, dishware and cookware provided for your convenience.
The kitchen is a chef's dream with immaculate granite countertop, full size range & oven, full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher.
And of course, a bay window with amazing views of the bay.
The dining/living room area features a dining table with seating for six, plus a bar with seating for two. Enjoy a cup of coffee while relaxing on the comfy leather sofa and listening to the serenade of the waves (Breakfast not included!)
The retreat has four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Each bedroom features a gas burning fireplace, desk, flat screen television and DVD player. Three of four rooms feature jacuzzi bathtubs; three of the four have oceanviews. Each room is pictured below with room specific amenities.
Coral Room: The only bedroom on the second floor, featuring a small private patio that connects directly to the larger rooftop deck. The Coral room has a queen sized bed, pull out couch and a jacuzzi tub in the private bath.
Pelican Room: The largest of the four bedrooms and features a king sized bed and sofa. The room has a small enclosed patio area (this room is at the back of the building, so there is no ocean view). The Pelican Room is the only bedroom with a double person jacuzzi tub.
Dolphin Room: The amenities in the Dolphin Room are very similar to the Coral Room. However, it is on the ground floor and has a lovely ocean view from the room. There is a small patio area outside the room on the 37th Avenue side of the building.
Sand Dollar Room: The smallest and coziest of the four rooms, but has spectacular views! The Sand Dollar Room has a queen sized bed and a large shower stall in the private bath; there is also a small patio that runs along the 37th Avenue side of the building.
The exterior of the building offers even more. An outdoor bar allows tenants to relax outside while enjoying meals or cocktails. Upstairs, you'll find the big draw -- the fantastic rooftop deck with panoramic views of the bay. Grab a seat on a chaise lounge and soak up the Santa Cruz sunshine! Don't forget the amazing eight person hot tub available for you to enjoy during your stay!
