Harborside Haven is located only two blocks from the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and 4 blocks to the the Yacht Harbor Beach. This one bedroom, one bath cottage is perfect for a couples getaway! The property has a completely fenced in front and back yard. Enjoy a BBQ with friends, or just kick back and soak in the sun's rays.


The living room is located in the front of the home. Sit back and relax in the comfortable leather recliner and enjoy the atmosphere of a gas burning fireplace. Includes TV with DVD player, plus stereo and CD player. Extra sleeping is available on the very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. The unit has a small and efficient kitchen with dishwasher, built in microwave and all basic kitchen appliances. Dining table has seating for four people.

The bedroom overlooks the back patio and includes queen size bed, cable TV and desk with phone and wireless internet access. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and a large shower stall.

Enjoy a hot water outdoor shower to wash away the salt from your ocean activities, before soaking in the hot tub in the privacy of your backyard.

Only four short blocks to Harbor Beach, you can enjoy boogie boarding, sunbathing, or a game of beach volleyball. You can rent catamarans, kayaks and canoes at the Harbor!
