Santa Cruz is located only a short drive from San Francisco, Monterey, Carmel, or the Silicon Valley. Santa Cruz Oceanfront Bungalow has two master suites and can accommodate from 1-6 people. The home is modern with a hot tub in a beautifully landscaped backyard setting.

	BEACH BUNGALOW: Located on popular East Cliff Drive, road along the ocean has one lane for one-way traffic, and one lane for pedestrians to walk, jog, bike, or skateboard. Walk only two miles south along this path and you will be in famous Capitola Village.
	LIVING AREA: The walls and ceilings of this majestic room display the original elegant redwood logs of an era gone by. Cozy up by the fireplace and read a good book. Relax in a comfortable sofa or recliner. The sleeper sofa has a Queen size bed. The entertainment center includes a 31" cable TV with VCR, a Stereo and CD player. Enjoy either direct access high speed internet through a DSL connection or our wireless option, which has excellent range in both front and back yards. A desk with phone is also included in the living area. This room offers spectacular ocean views.
	KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dishes for eight. Has a dishwasher and all the appliances you would expect to find in your own home.
	DINING AREA: Dining Area with tranquil backyard view.
	MASTER BEDROOM: This bedroom is located in the front of the home and has spectacular full ocean views. It is equipped with one Queen size bed, TV/VCR combo, and other furnishings.
	MASTER BATHROOM: Bathroom has large single sink vanity with Shower Stall.
	BEDROOM TWO: This bedroom is located toward the back of the home and offers views to a beautifully landscaped private yard. It has two Queen size beds, large dresser and a TV/VCR combo.
