Constructed in Spring 2002, Capitola Sea Spray is the back unit of a two unit townhome, located only 1.5 blocks from Capitola Beach! The entire floor plan is located on the second floor, above your private parking garage. The unit has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Perfect for couples or small families. Sleeps 1-4. Pets are welcome for stays that are less than two weeks.

CSS Living Room CSS Dining
The living room has sofa, sitting chair, and a recliner with Direct TV, DVD and a Bose Stereo with CD Player. A desk is also provided with wireless internet. The dining area is included in the living room and has a table that seats six. Sliding doors lead to the balcony with BBQ.

CSS Kitchen CSS Master Bedroom
The large kitchen has granite tile counter tops, dishwasher, and a built in microwave. It is fully stocked with all your basic small kitchen appliances and supplies. Master bedroom has queen size bed, matching furnishings, Cable TV, and large closet.

CSS Second Bedroom CSS bath
The second bedroom is adjacent to the master and is furnished with two twin beds. The bathroom has a single sink vanity with a tub and shower combination.

Famous and popular Capitola Beach and pier is just one block from this unit where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing with many other visitors. You can also shop at many of the wonderful shops located in the village, or have a nice lunch at any of the quaint restaurants.

Other Amenities: washer & dryer, digital safe, patio area with grill and furniture. Parking for two cars in enclosed garage. Pets welcome for stays less than two weeks.
