Located on the second story, the combination Living / Dining area has an oak table that seats four, and two large leather recliners. It is furnished with a 31" Cable TV with DVD player, along with Stereo and CD Player. Small and efficient kitchen has dishwasher, built in microwave, and other basic kitchen appliances. Door from kitchen leads to second story deck.
Located on the first floor, the large Master bedroom has queen size bed and writing desk with phone and wireless internet access. Master bedroom includes television and sliding doors to a small enclosed patio.
Attached to the master bedroom, a master bathroom has a large shower stall, plus large closet.
Bedroom two is located on the second floor, has two twin beds, and door leading to the outdoor patio.
An additional bathroom is located on the upper level by the second bedroom; this bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Capitola Ocean Breezes is 1.5 blocks from famous and popular Capitola Beach, where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing with many other visitors. You can also shop at many of the wonderful shops located in the village, or enjoy a variety of great restaurants located along the waters edge in Capitola Village.
Other amenities: digital safe, patio area with furniture and grill, parking for two cars under carport. Pets welcome for stays less than two weeks.
This unit does not have a laundry area in the home. You may do your laundry in our private laundry room next door in the building of our other vacation condos. We have a large, clean, coin operated laundry facility for the private use of the Ocean Breezes & Ocean Mist units.
