	DINING: Dining area off the Living room has table that seats six, and is located near the sliding doors overlooking the balcony.
	LIVING ROOM: Located off the Dining area, Living room has sofa, comfortable sitting chair, and a recliner. The Entertainment center includes 31" Cable TV with VCR and a Bose Stereo with CD Player. A Desk is also provided for your convenience should you want to connect to the Internet.
	MASTER BEDROOM: Master bedroom has comfortable queen size bed, matching furnishings, Cable TV/VCR combination, and large walk in closet.
	BEDROOM TWO: Bedroom two is nicely furnished with two twin beds.
	BATHROOM: Bathroom has a single sink vanity with a tub and shower combination.
	GREAT LOCATION: Famous and Popular Capitola Beach is just one block from this unit where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing with many other visitors. You can also shop at many of the wonderful shops located in the village, or have a nice lunch at any of the quaint restaurants.

	LAUNDRY FACILITIES: A washer and dryer are provided inside the home.
	DIGITAL SAFE: Property is furnished with a state-of-the art Digital Safe to store your personal belongings while away enjoying the great outdoors!
	EXTERIOR PATIO: Equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ grill.
	PARKING: We have parking for two cars in an enclosed garage.
