BEDROOM : Located on the second level, the Master Bedroom has an incredibly comfortable CALIFORNIA KING size bed. Also included is a Cable TV/VCR combination for your entertainment pleasure. |

LOCATION: Famous and Popular Capitola Beach is just one block from this unit where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing with many other visitors. You can also shop at many of the wonderful shops located in the village, or have a nice lunch at any of the quaint restaurants. |

This unit does not have a laundry area in the home. You may do your laundry in our private laundry room next door in the building of our other vacation condo's. We have a large, clean, coin operated laundry facility for the private use of only two units; Capitola Ocean Breezes and Capitola Sea Mist. |
