Small and efficient kitchen has dishwasher, built in microwave, and other basic kitchen appliances. Door from kitchen leads to second story deck.

Relax and enjoy your second story deck with access from the kitchen or bedroom two. BBQ grill provided for your entertainment pleasure.

LIVING / DINING AREA:
Located on the second story, the combination Living / Dining area has an oak table that seats four, and two large leather recliners. It is furnished with a 31" Cable TV with VCR and DVD player, along with Stereo and CD Player.

MASTER BEDROOM:
 Located on the first floor, Large Master Bedroom has Queen size bed, & writing desk with phone for easy internet access.
MASTER BEDROOM ENTERTAINMENT:
 Master bedroom includes TV/VCR and sliding doors to a small enclosed patio.
MASTER BATHROOM:
 Attached to Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom has a large shower stall.
Bedroom #2
 BEDROOM 2:
Bedroom two is located on the second floor, has two twin beds, and door leading to the outdoor patio.
BATHROOM TWO:
 Located on the second level, this bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

 GREAT LOCATION:
Famous and Popular Capitola Beach is just one block from this unit where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing with many other visitors. You can also shop at many of the wonderful shops located in the village, or have a nice lunch at any of the quaint restaurants.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
This unit does not have a laundry area in the home. You may do your laundry in our private laundry room next door in the building of our other vacation condo's. We have a large, clean, coin operated laundry facility for the private use of only two units; Capitola Ocean Breezes and Capitola Sea Mist.
DIGITAL SAFE:
Property is furnished with a state-of-the art Digital Safe to store your personal belongings while away enjoying the great outdoors!
EXTERIOR PATIO:
Equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ grill.
PARKING:
We have parking for two cars under a carport.
PET FRIENDLY:
Pets are welcome.
